He was predeceased by: his father Walter Keith; and his aunt Billie Sterner. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Keith; his mother Cogee Keith; his sisters, Kathy Guthrie and Lisa Lewis (Poncho); his children, Joshua Keith, Elizabeth Devorce (Jabari), Katie Alvidrez (Adrian) and Matthew Keith (Heather); and his grandchildren, Jordan Alvidrez, Grayson Keith, Palmer Keith, Lakyn Alvidrez, Madelyn Keith and Hunter Keith.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lanman Funeral Home - Cherokee (1305 S Grand Ave, Cherokee, OK 73728). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cherokee Methodist Church (400 S Grand Ave, Cherokee, OK 73728).
