He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alby Jewell (Junior) and Betty Jewell (Winans); his son Chace Tyler Jewell; his wife Bobbie Highfill; his son Justin Jewell (Danielle); his grandchildren, Kutter, Gatlin, Briggs and Emerson; his sisters, Donna Ryel (Ron) and Jody Tucker (Dave); and his nieces, Tandi Hoelker (Jim), Kelli Cannon (Charlie), Anissa McGuire (Bret) and Janna Averitt (Keith). He was also cherished by many great nieces, nephews, cousins, and very dear friends.
