For Susan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Spillman and Tommie Spillman; and her sister Mary Minnick Reiss. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Martin; her brother Leroy Spillman of Enid; her daughters, Tammie Costello of Waukomis and Wendi Conrady (Douglas) of Wakita; and her grandchild Racer.
In lieu of flowers memorials mat be made to the American Cancer Society or the Fairview Regional Medical Center through the funeral home.
