He was predeceased by : his parents, Basil Cunningham and Ola May Cunningham (Reed); and his brother Brian Cunningham. He is survived by : his wife Lucy McClellan; his sons, Brandon Basil Cunningham, Brett (Cheyenne) and Ryan Cunningham of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kyle of Oklahoma, Robert of Oklahoma, Jessie of Oklahoma, Brandon of Oklahoma, Breanna of Oklahoma, Liam of Oklahoma, Aria of Oklahoma, Medow of Oklahoma, Bascom of Oklahoma and Seager of Oklahoma; and his sister Sandra Amore of Elk City, Oklahoma.
