She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebbie Perkins and Laverne Odine Perkins (White); and her sister Joyce Marie Perkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Smith (Brent) of Bennington and Reshelle Morvant of Chickasha, Oklahoma; her siblings, Juanita Honea of DeRidder, Peggie Russell of Falcon, Arkansas and Ebbie D. Perkins (Brenda) of DeRidder, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Mystal "Pooh" Perkins (Jessica) of Oklahoma City, Aaron Smith (Amy) of Albion, Jessica Bullbear Smith of Huntsville, Madyson "Sassy" Helm (Kris) of Whitesboro, Blake "Hoss" Smith of Sallisaw, Emori Pettit of El Reno, Abbegail "Peaches" Pettit, Addyson "Poppie" Pettit and Kaden Stephenson of Chickasha; her great grandchildren, Beckham "Boo Boo", Keaton "Tooter Lane", Noah, Avah, Kristopher and Kaven; and her close friends, Pam Morgan (Keith), Nancy McCaslin-Massey and Miss Libby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family and friends.
