He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Joseph Evans and Essie Harris Evans; his siblings, Ruth Miller, Annabelle Evans and Raymond Evans; and his granddaughter Melissa Tharp (Ann Evans).
He is survived by: his former wife Regina Chapman; his daughters, Marla (Gary Tharp) of Pocasset and Sharla (Mike Bare) of Pocasset, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Aaron, Alesha and Kelsey; his wife Ann Ellithorp; and his stepchildren, Julie, Gene, Debbie, Richard and Penny.
