He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Cook (Condit) and Paul Cook; and his siblings, Georgia Honeycutt and Hank Campbell. He is survived by: his cousin Jerry Condit; his wife Tawana Campbell; his daughters, Julie Shrader (Robert) of Chickasha, Aimee Turner of Elmore City and Gina Goodman (Michael) of Ada; and his grandsons, Braden Turner, Campbell Shrader, Chanden Turner and Jackson Goodman.
