He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Mackey and Eunice G. Mackey (Newton); his sisters, Marilyn Mackey and Colleen Jenkins; and his daughter Pamela Jean Mackey Krieger.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Gayle Worrell; his children, Cheryl Hartsell (Hank) of Edmond, Christopher A. Mackey (Holly Frailly) of Ohio and Steven P. Mackey of Chickasha; his grandchildren, Zachary Miller of Edmond, Sara Krieger Ramsey (Nathanof Chickasha), Kelsie Krieger Garcia (Chris) of Abilene, TX, Karyn Krieger Kirksey (CJ) of Oklahoma City, Betsy Hartsell Mobley (Jeremy) of Edmond and Jenny Hartsell Puckett (Jimmie) of Oklahoma City; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Kailenn Lange of Chickasha, Thatcher, Bracken Mobley of Edmond, Eliza Wren Garcia of Abilene, Raylee Ramsey of Chickasha and Billie Puckett of Oklahoma City.
