With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel L. Friskel of Chickasha, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2026 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Friskel and Doris J. Friskel (Gillenwater); his brothers, Timothy J. Friskel and Michael A. Friskel; and his wife Cathy McHuen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anissa Alcorn (Shane Rowell) of Ninnekah and Jennifer Watts (Aaron Watts) of Frontenac, Kansas; his siblings, Clare E. Dyas (John Dyas) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, James P. Friskel (Jim) of Catskill and Joseph W. Friskel of Frontenac, Kansas; and his children, Rodney Biby, Janis Biby, Leslie Campbell, Jason McHuen and Jeff McHuen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
