He is survived by: his mother Linda Delene Crumb (White) of Chickasha; his sister Anita Uhles of Maysville; his aunt Mary Fran Blagg of Sulphur; his uncle Glenn White (Julie) of Sulphur; his sibling's children, Bradley Uhles (Kacee), Julie and Jamie Uhles; his great-nephew Hunter Uhles; and his cousins, Zachary, Landon and Keith White.
