He is survived by: his wife Vicki Looney; his children, Jason Chad Looney (Clarissa) and Angel Renea Looney Turner (Len); his siblings, James Looney (Johnnie), Ricky Looney, Nancy Martin (Herman) and Valta Gibbons (Nick); his sister-in-law Cecelia Looney; and his grandchildren, Hope Turner, Jacob Looney, Andrew Looney and Lance Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
