He was predeceased by: his parents, George Noe and Lorraine Noe (Barbara Maxine Mitchell); his son Gregory Leon Noe; and his siblings, Virgil Noe and Norma Jenks.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Maxine Mitchell; his daughters, Kim Smith (Rick) of Rush Springs and Karla Sanders of Marlow; his grandchildren, Alana Minatee (Jamal), Jason Smith (Ashley), Leslie Owings, Robert Jensen (Amanda), Clay Griggs, Robert Kennedy (Clint), Daniel Brinkley and Tammi Kolczyski; and his great grandchildren, Emalee Gill, Devyn Gill, Creed Minatee, Hunter Smith, Hadley Smith, Kylie Owings, Elias Jensen, Kamron Griggs and Kaden Griggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
