He is survived by: his wife C. Kay McDonald; his stepchildren, Michele Sikes (David A. Sikes) of Chickasha, A. Scott Kile of Chickasha and Jeff Kile (April Kile) of Chickasha; and his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Vardasebi (Ali Vardasebi) of Moore, Eric Sikes of Chickasha, Jeremy Kile of Chickasha, Austin Kile (Ereka Kile) of Chickasha and Brayden Kile of Chickasha. He is also survived by his siblings: several brothers and one sister.
