She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wingard and Bertha Wingard; and her husband Robert Pierce. She is survived by: her children, Fred Polk (Cynthia) and Deborah Harris (David); and her grandchildren, Brittany Maxey-Fisher, Jeremy Polk, Tiffany Maxey-Pavle, Jonathan Polk, Jordan Maxey and Leeann Polk. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
