It is with sadness that the passing of Jerry Lee Heavin (Chickasha, Oklahoma) is shared. Jerry, born on January 11, 1947, passed away on August 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Heavin and Nadine Heavin (Paddack). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Heavin (Lee); his children, Chad Heavin (Jennifer) and Micah Davis (Daryl); his grandchildren, Cade Heavin (Baylee), Case Heavin, Boston Davis and Chloe Davis; his great grandchildren, Hunter Heavin and Tuff Heavin; and his siblings, Sharon Wilson (Bob) and Steve Heavin (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many other friends and family.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ninnekah First Baptist Church (915 Dell St, Chickasha, OK 73067).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Benevolence Fund at First Baptist Church Ninnekah.
