Phillips and Darryle Lee Phillips (Santiago); her daughter Jamie; her husband Jeffrey Talbert; her son-in-law Kris Karlsson of Chickasha; her brother Scot; and her siblings-in-law, Vivian Phillips of Sachse, Texas, Kenneth Talbert of Chickasha and Elizabeth (Glynn Richardson) of Chickasha. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
