She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Johnson and Waunita L. Johnson (Gitthens); her great grandchild Riccardo Gonzalez; and her daughter-in-law Julie Johnson. She is survived by: her son Ronald Wade Johnson of Bridge Creek, OK; her spouse H. B. Smith Jr.; her children, William Wade Smith (Jennifer Koons) of Bridge Creek, OK and Vicki Lynn Funderburk (Gary Funderburk) of Chickasha, OK; her siblings, Bill (JoMarie Johnson) and Linda (Omega Robinson); her grandchildren, Kristina Gonzalez, Megan Clark, Zachary Funderburk, Morgan Funderburk, Harrison Funderburk, Jackie Funderburk, Paloma Funderburk, Kale Smith, Jude Smith, Jase Smith and Tori Smith; her great grandchildren, Madison Flores, Noah Flores, Isabella Flores, Bradlee Ann Spoonmore and Zayden Robert Funderburk; her great great grandchild Sterling Flores; her nieces and nephews, Stacy Johnson, Melisa Ochoa, O'Shaka Robinson and Desiree Robinson; her brother Alfred; her sister-in-law Gertrude Smith; her sister Debara; and her brother-in-law Elbert Stumpf. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
