She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie "Dink" Altman and Alletha Altman (Harmon); and her sisters, Annette Ely and Della Gee. She is survived by: her children, Pam Ladyman of Chickasha, Cindy Kalb (Martin) of Wimberly, Steve, Dana Ladyman of Anadarko and Laura Coponiti (Mickey) of Chickasha; her sister Cathy Jones of Wisconsin; her siblings-in-law, Dale and Jewel Brewer of Odessa, Texas; and her grandchildren, Mario (Stephany Villar), Tanner (Jordan Charlson), Brittany Hurla, Whittany (Scott Collins), Samantha (Landon Bartholomew), Candice Kalb, Eric (Kirby Ladyman), Hunter (Megan Ladyman), Jennifer (Sooner Harmon), Kaysee (Matt Jones) and Cody Coponiti. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
