He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Powell and Gracie C. E. Powell (Joe); and his siblings, Ellen and Doyle. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Powell of Chickasha, OK and Wayne Powell (Michele); his grandchildren, Kaleb Powell and Tereshia Powell; and his brother Delbert Wayne Powell.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery (2648 Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
