He is survived by: his wife Lezlie Strand Foley; his children, Tom Foley (Tammy) and Tara Winsett; his grandsons, Brad Foley and Ryne Winsett; his stepson Ben Kohnke (Hannah); his son Arthur; his stepdaughter Kristen Talbert (Justin); his children, Kadence, Jaxton, Emerson, Tucker and Annie; his pet Sadie; his sister Maxine Jones; his nephew Paul Jones, Jr.; his great-nephew Jordan Carl; his great-niece Shelby Fields (Josh); and his siblings-in-law, Robin Green (Kevin) and Douglas Strand. He is also survived by numerous friends; his brothers.
