She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Phillips (Frey) and Robert Hoss Phillips. She is survived by: her husband James Michael Heaton; and her siblings, Gregory Ray Phillips and Jamie Lynn Rutledge (Craig). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
