He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Marie Shunk; his sons, Donald "Don" Frank Shunk Jr. of Maryland and David Frank Shunk (Jaime) of Barnsdall; his grandchildren, Blaise Shunk, Michaela Shunk and Kylie Shunk; and his sisters, Kaye Stillwell of Shawnee and Barbara Ollis (Denny) of Shawnee. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
