She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur F. Duncan and Minnie Mae Duncan (Scarborough); her children, Ronald Vaughn and Sheila Watts; her grandson Jeffrey Tucker; her great grandchild Chasin Tucker; and her siblings, Lester Wayne Duncan, Wilbur F. Duncan, Jr., Billy L. Duncan, Geneva Hudson, June James and Delores Bland.
She is survived by: her husband William Anderson "Andy" Cooper; her children, Donald Tucker and Debbie Tucker; and her stepchildren, Dale Allen, Teresa Colley, Charlene Ridgway, Clayton Cooper and Kerry Robinson. She is also survived by granchildren, many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Spencerville Community Church E 1980 Rd (3326 E 1980 Rd, Spencerville, OK 74760).
