She is survived by: her daughter Dakotah Tapia; her daughter-in-law Kristin Lee; her grandchildren, Carlito Tapia and Gianna Tapia; her siblings, Michael Day and Vivian Day; and her close friends, Chris McDowell and Wayland Reeves. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Cemetery (45945 Garrett's Lake Rd, Shawnee, OK 74804).
