She was predeceased by: her nephew Mark Wayne Capps; her brother Danny Ray Capps; her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Ann Capps and Kathy Marie Capps; and her parents, Ollie Ray Capps and Coralee Capps.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Alvarez; her daughters, Shellie Cargill (Chad) of Choctaw, OK and Valerie Eskue (Chris) of Harrah, OK; her grandchildren, Cargills, Camden (Mia), Cayce, Creed, Clarity, Cai, Carli, Crosby and Cat; her daughters, Eskues, Raylee and Logan; her great grandchild Truth Cargill; and her siblings, Buddy, Mike Capps of Muskogee, OK and Cathy Sue Capps of Bixby, OK.
