She was predeceased by : her parents, Franklin Butler and Sarah Butler (Sneed); and her husband Barry Moore. She is survived by : her children, Danielle Charboneau of Chouteau, OK, Todd Lewallen of Chouteau, OK, Kayla Anglin (Justin) of Walnut Ridge, AR and Cory Ward of Catoosa, OK; and her siblings, Jimmy Butler (Susan) of Kansas City, MO, Earnest Butler of Chouteau, OK and Melissa Lewallen (Marty) of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
