She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Puffett; her children, Tonia Puffett of Tulsa, Tony Puffet (Michelle) of Broken Arrow and Jami Puffett of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Elza Puffett of Charleston, Allison Puffett of Overland Park and Logan Puffett of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law Jody Body; and her niece Brandy Hendrix.
