He is survived by: his wife Lena Downs; his sons, Carl Wayne Downs of Big Cabin, OK and Craig Downs of Adair, OK; his sisters, Maxine Watt of Tulsa, OK and Geraldine Sherwood of Miami, OK; his grandchildren, Derek Downs, Jaclyn Porter, Brooklyn Myers (Austin) and Chance Downs; and his great grandchildren, Sam Porter, Izaiah Porter, Kinsley Downs, Kamdyn Downs, Kylen Downs and Kennedy Myers. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
