He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Monroe and Lois Ruth Tyrell; and his brother Larry Randall Tyrell. He is survived by: his wife Denise Tyrell; and his children, Jeremy, Justin, Nikki, Charlie, Tron, Nickolas and Kaitlin. He is also survived by two sisters and three brothers.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Church of God Seventh Day.
