He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Irene Patton (Setters) and Charley Patton; his wife Dorothy Patton; and his siblings, Frances Ross, Betty England, Lloyd Patton, Bill Patton and Richard Patton.
He is survived by: his sons, Toy Patton (Valerie), Jimmy Patton, David Patton (April) and Kenny Delp (Cassie); and his siblings, Thelma Chaney, Dean Woods and Harold Patton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Chelsea (413 Beech St, Chelsea, OK 74016).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to Faith Temple Jesus Name Church, 16040 S. 4160 Rd., Claremore, OK 74017.
