He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude H. McClendon and Bessie O. McClendon (Beck); and his sister Mary Ann. He is survived by: his wife Betsy McClendon; and his brother Calvin McClendon (Susan). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
