He is survived by: his mother Gloria Carver of Claremore; his sisters, Cathy Dickens (Kevin) of Neosho and Kim Holderby of Claremore; his nephews, Kelly, Kyle (Shelby), Kaden Dickens and Benjamin Holderby (Ali); his great-nephew Clayton Dickens; his aunts and uncles, Debra Dester of Tulsa, Tammy Minn of Riverside, Lee Dester of Tulsa and John Minn of Riverside; and his cousins, Sam Dester (Alexis), Jake Dester and Kaili Forbes.
