He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Zack (Andrea) of Inola and Dustee (Alisha) of Zena; his grandchildren, Jayce, Reagan, Kynlee and Caden Smith; his siblings, Terry Smith (Mary) of Schell City, MO, Kathie McWherter (Ken) of Webb City, MO, Diane Eslinger (Rick) of Schell and Melissa Eiserer (Hank) of Carrollton, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Hopkins of Claremore, Sharon Campbell of Claremore and Patti Catt of Glenwood Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
