He is survived by: his children, Holly Pell (Ray) of Shawnee, Hayley Vernon (Josh) of Pryor and Taylor Stamper (Skye) of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Corey Pell and Chelsi Peacock; his children, Caleb Pell, Connor Pell, Dainie Mamer (Mitchell), Cassidy Fisher, Rusty Treat, Beau Fisher, Aspen Stamper and Ariyah Stamper; and his brothers, Larry Stamper (Andrea) of Pryor, Randy Stamper (Donna) of Chichasha and Rick Stamper of Locust Grove, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Dewayne would want to be remembered as he was before Alzheimer's disease quickly changed the man so many knew and loved—happy, healthy, and full of life.
