He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Treat and Nana Jewell Treat (Hicks); and his sisters, Ruby Evans (Paul), Bonnie Jackson (Bill) and Judy Tidwell (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Treat; his sons, Brian Treat (Jane), Greg Treat (Maressa) and Steven Treat (Christina); his siblings, Larry Treat (Deborah) and Ralphetta Dill (Jim); and his grandchildren, Emilyne, Kate, Clara, Mason, Cooper, Olivia, Lucas and Jewell. He is also survived by his cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was also proud to serve as president of Tulsa Area Manufacturers Association (TAMA) for several years, the Springdale Revitalization Commission, the North Tulsa Redevelopment Authority, and the Tulsa Tech Education Foundation.
