Frances Kathryn Kissee Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Kathryn Kissee of Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. Hargrove and Verna Hargrove (Hamilton); her husband Jack Kissee; her son-in-law Ron Sullivan; and her brothers, Frank Hargrove and Ralph Hargrove.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Kissee (Lisa) and Cindy Sullivan; her grandson Spencer Sullivan; and her caregivers, Frances, Janet Space, Christina Walker, Trista Miller, Vivant Wilson, Lena Leach and Kathy Padgitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
