It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garry Wayne Russell (Claremore, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wayne Russell and Wanda Lee Russell (Ary); his grandsons, Gary Martin, Jr. and Garrett Martin; and his brother-in-law Bill Cherry.

He is survived by: his close friend Claudia Plett of Inola, OK; his children, Gary Martin, Sr. of Chelsea, OK, Alice Rue (Bob) of Chelsea, Amber Jobe (Nathan) of Big Spring, TX and Katelyn Russell of Fort Gibson, OK.; and his siblings, JoAnn Cherry of Claremore, OK, Jeanette Knorr of Rancho Cordova, CA, Faith Anglen (Ortha Dale) of Sperry, OK and Dale Russell (Susie) of Strasburg, VA.
