He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Prather and Beulah Prather; and his siblings, Bobbie Barnes, Evelyn Payne, Jo Helen O'Dell, Betty Jones, Anna Prather, John Prather and Jerry Prather.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Prather; his children, Perry Prather (Karla), Alan Prather (Bryan Lijewski) and Penny Rusk (Dan); his grandchildren, Evan Prather, Jenkyns Jones (Utah) and Piper Rusk; his great grandchild Emmit; and his sisters, Carol Walker, Mary Lynn England and Donna Sue Weaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
