He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted, Margaret Gibson, Dr. Ralph and Lizzette Bethea. He is survived by: his parents, David Bethea and Amy Bethea (Gibson); and his brothers, David Bethea Jr. and Will Bethea.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Claremore First Methodist Church's "Children's ministry.".
