He is survived by: his parents, Danny Wilson and Tammy Wilson; his sister Mandy; his fiancé Kenny Alyse; his grandmother Earleen Castleberry; his aunts and uncles, Nicole Hannabass, Christy Castleberry (Kathy Maher), Cassie Castleberry, John (Michelle Wilson) and Maxine (Don Street); his cousins, Brya Stephens, Caleb Hannabass, Ellie Hannabass, Leighanne Castleberry, Cooper Castleberry, Ben McKnight, Jonathan Taylor, John Wilson, Ashlee Davis, Katie Croslin, Evan Street and Brady Jones; and his close friend Breanna Baylis.

“My wife Sandy and I are heartbroken for you. I was the last person to see Josh on the beach that horrible, horrible day. We did all we could to bring him back with several other good people who are here in Florida for the winter months. We have a son Josh age back in Kentucky. I could not help but cry and pray to the Master to do all he could to help save Josh that horrible afternoon. If you wish to talk to us call me at 5023507038. His mom and dad only please.
