She is survived by: her sons, John Jr. (Shirley Kay) and Jeff (Jeanne); her grandson Matt Smith; her husband John Smith; her grandchildren, Hayden (Ivy), Garrett (Claire), Katie, Jacob and Daniel (Paxton Lundquist); her nephew Max (Jeannie Wallace); her great-nieces, Miranda (Joe Woods) and Marcie (Chris Hill); Mackenzie, Gage and Gunner.
