She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Seaton-Foreman and Woodrow Foreman; her stepmother Dilla Hanks-Foreman; her brother Robert Smith; and her nephew Robert E. Smith Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Mark Hering; her daughter Megan Hering; her brother Steven Foreman (Nettie Miller) of Nowata, OK; and her nieces and nephews, Amber Patty, April Rowell, Adam Foreman, Karen Hamby and Chuck Pettyjohn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Clarehouse in Tulsa and Memorial Heights Baptist Church can be made in Luana's name.
