She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilmore William and Alice Charlotte Bates Barnett; and her husband Ronald Howard. She is survived by: her children, David Evans (Gail) and Stephanie Applegate (Chris); her grandchildren, Farron Evans (Megan), Sabra Robertson (Ian), Ashley Applegate (Kaleb Estes), Karlye Wagner, Bethany Applegate and Carter Wagner; her great grandchildren, Anderson and Miller Evans; and her sister Madge Hauenstein. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vessel Church (1301 W Country Club Rd, Claremore, OK 74017).
