He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Tune, Marie Tune, Rodney Lewis and Kay Lewis; his uncle Alvin Lewis; his aunt Christy Lewis; and his great-uncle Mike Lewis.
He is survived by: his parents, Dolly Christine (Tune) and Timothy Lee Lewis (Krystal); his father-in-law Ben; his sisters, Patience Lewis and Kadance Lewis; his niece KayLynn Lewis; his uncles, Jason Lewis and Jason Whitworth; his aunt Janet; and his cousins, Kevin Lewis, Jeannita Werth, Faith Bradley, Piper Priddy, Jessica, Zachary and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
