She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Teague and Dicie Wilcutt Teague; her husband Lou Fleming; her siblings, Shirley Johnson and Burl Teague; her daughter Kathy Spears; and her grandson Zachary Spears.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Spears (Cindy) of Claremore, Brenda Foreman of Claremore, Fabian Spears of Claremore and Steve Spears of Nowata; her grandchildren, Amber Foreman Patty (Ron) of Broken Arrow, Adam Foreman (Chad Clark) of Broken Arrow, Chandra Spears of El Dorado, Kansas, Jared Spears of Claremore, April Foreman Rowell (Zachary) of Broken Arrow, Aaron Spears (Dawn) of Denton, Texas, Brittany Spears of Derby, Kansas and Kaycee Spears Boren (Denver) of Broken Arrow; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Patty, Connor Patty of Broken Arrow, Evelyn Rowell, Oliver Rowell of Broken Arrow, Christian Spears (Tori) of Fairbanks, Alaska, Mia Davis of Lake Charles, Abigail Spears, Enique Higbee of Denton, Texas, Loretta Boren, Charlee Boren of Broken Arrow, Maya Spears of Eldorado, Kansas, Aidan Spears of Derby, Kansas and Enoch Spears of Claremore; and her siblings, Fanny Rogers, Roy Teague and Ray Teague of Tahlequah.
