Howell and Laura Howell (Davenport) of Miami; her husband Andrew Jackson Floyd, IV; her sons, Andrew Jackson Floyd of Claremore and Chase Michael Floyd of Claremore; her stepmother Selana Howell of Chouteau; her siblings, Jesse Howell of Tulsa, Amanda Howell of Miami and Christine Howell of Langley; her mother-in-law Glenda Floyd of Tulsa; and her stepbrothers, Shawn of Tulsa, Shane Faulkner of Tulsa and Donnie Faulkner of Bartlesville.
