He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis II and Ruth Ann Brown II; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Payne; his children, Doug (Jenn), Amy (Travis), Lindsay (Brandon), Tyler (Dallas) and Leslie (Derick); his grandchildren, Kylie (Paul), Jordan, Kendall, Lacie, Luke, Baylie, Jackson, Ty, Cru, Aubrie, Tess and Brex; his great grandchildren, Bentlie and Baker; and his siblings, Louis Brown III, Ruth Lavy and Jennifer Hogan.
