She is survived by: her sons, Tim Lewellen (Sharon), Jerry Lewellen (Lyslie) and Reid Lewellen; and her brothers, Joe Gaddy (Cindy) and Rusty Gaddy (Charlie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
