She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cockrell and Merry Cockrell (Strickland); her brother Howard Eagen; and her son Joshua Alvis Lee Smith. She is survived by: her husband Steve Doede; her children, Timothy Smith (GeorgeAnn) of Oakland Park, Kansas, Shelly Ward of Claremore and Rebecca Doede (Aaron Perkins); her siblings, Stanley Smith (Terry) and Patricia Foster of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Kameron Smith, Kolton Joshua Smith, Vincent Baldwin, Veda Baldwin, Andrea Replogle, Ethan Ward and Miles Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Cadence and Lily. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361).
