He was predeceased by: his parents, Vena Mae Casey (Beanland) and Roy Neal Casey; his son John Wilkins Casey; his wife Sandra Louise Casey; and his siblings, Preston Barry Casey, Gwendolyn Dale Dikeman (Jimmie) and Sandra Neal Gasaway (Robert Michael).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brittany Casey and Nathan Casey; his nieces, Kelly Oxford (Jeff), Shelly Willhoite (Steve) and Tina Abica (Frank); and his nephew David Casey (Heather).
